It means your engine control system has detected an issue. It could be minor or serious. We scan the fault codes to find out what’s going on and advise from there.  Typically 60–90 minutes. We'll let you know up front based on vehicle type. 


If it’s flashing, stop driving — this indicates a serious misfire or risk of damage. If it’s solid, you can usually drive short distances, but don’t delay diagnostics.
